Here’s how each episode in Dragonball Z is:
Beginning:
A small blurry prologue and a song for starters.
Start of the episode:
Goku talks, others talk, goku talks, others talk.
![]()
Anger mode:
All keep talking and suddenly someone misunderstands or gets angry for unknown reasons and attacks using a ‘Ki’ ball. It hits someone and he gets angry too. So ‘Ki’ here means anger transfer material.
Fight mode:
One punches the other, atleast 5 times in the stomach and finishes with a kick. The other falls into a mountain and lots of dust and rocks fly out. Then the wounded gets his focus from the artists and he ‘Powers up’ and makes a molten mass out of the mountain. His muscles are shown increasing like a balloon does and the artist always spills the yellow paint on his hair laughing while that happens. Also, to reduce detail of the bodies, the artist draws some disortion around the inflated body.

Revenge mode:
So the ‘other’ gets more ‘ki’ and chants some stuff and makes a huge ‘ki’ material. He launches it towards his enemy. Now the artist looks at his clock, ?Oh shit! Theres still 4 more minutes of the episode to complete? and the attack goes off course or the enemy dodges it. This cycle is repeated by both the hero and the villain.
See: Huge attack!
Finally:
Our hero then, gets hit by a massive attack and falls to the ground sloowwly. While he is falling, he gets visions of his family, etc and that makes him more angry (???). Then he springs back to action and finishes off the villain in a blur of attack. So both, the artist and our Hero are happy for that episode and the show runs on.
Dont agree? See this [Dont mind the music in it...]
