Aero, of course doesnt run and I didnt expect it to run. Though that glow can be enabled in Home Basic using some Registry Hacks. Using Glass2K for the transparency and Madodate for Flip 3D. Pity that Visual Task Tips doesnt work on Vista and the thumbnail view doesnt appear. Even Topdesk doesnt work. But Vista runs well enough on my underpowered system, at least comparable to XP with 256 MB RAM. I think that much effort has been done on Memory Throttling.
