The actual reason the key – FCKGW-RHQQ2-YXRKT-8TG6W-2B7Q8 went so crazily popular among the warez Windows XP users across the world is cause of this particular image devil’s0wn (The group which released it first, before XP even came out to public!) led to.
Image after the jump, below.
Its way too funny how Microsoft gets owned each time! First this for XP, now the TimerStop T2a for Windows Vista!
Go Linux!

Conincidence? I think not!

Cause this wasn’t the only one taken and no one wastes time photo-shopping to prove that Windows can be cracked when they find cracking it way easier.

@harsh. Hate to break it to you, but it could still be photoshopped. Saying “one wastes time photo-shopping when it’s easier to crack doesn’t prove it’s a real pic. Why? Because it’s a very funny picture that is easy to make viral. Suppose someone think of that photo idea AFTER the launch and they want to make that funny pic? Easy. Just grab a picture of that billboard and copy in the hand and disc with some care to lighting etc. And the disc would naturally be clearer and in better focus since it is closer. I do that kind of stuff all the time. I still think it’s more likely that it’s a real pic however. But am just saying, you never know if it’s been photoshopped or not….

@moonsurfer – But even if it were fake, it doesn’t deny that the release with that key did come early

Hi, I was just looking for the key to windows and remembered fckgw as the first set of the characters that let a person install the thing. Fun, didn’t Microsoft tout the 10,000 computer on one cd key problem? I’d think there were millions installed, I’ve personally installed that code on maybe 100 systems, and thats just in high school….
