I've implemented my own plugin for Listen and XChat here: http://ido.nl.eu.org/listen/xchatscript/ Based on Listen trunk! It will also work with the latest stable release but misses a lot of feature because the DBus implementation is less powerfull in the stable version. Very cool plugin :)
