And I figured out how to get an image in the title. I used a background picture and set the location of it. (Right now, I've got a little Christmas thingee going on.) Unfortunately, the sizes must be specified in the <?php gravatar(arguments); ?> function which WordPress.com might have embedded into the theme files?
