Watched Avatar, and it seemed to me that James Cameron’s been busy playing popular video games ever since Titanic.
Movie was good at entertaining, although I had this thought; that in his focus of developing the alien ecosystem, he failed to improve ours in the time-line portrayed. Must’ve seen it in 3D to avoid thinking so much during a movie. Now to wait for the Avatar I know.
Well, that’s a year end coming up. Hope 2010 has a lot of surprises for you too

Watch it in 3D mate. I watched it in IMAX Hyd and it was insanely mindblowing. Never seen anything like it in my whole life! I’m going to watch it again tomorrow. I repeat, do NOT watch in 2D.

Daniel – Don’t think it would’ve made so much of a difference, plus am not really happy with the way Sathyam Cinemas is ripping people off by asking for a non-refundable 20 INR extra for 3D glasses AND not giving the glasses to them either. Hell, the parking ticket costs only 10 INR.

I watched it in 3D (Preview show at Sathyam, if that makes any difference) and I can’t seem to find a very coherent story there. Too many leaps of faith there.

Harsh- I agree mate. That extra 20 bucks is a joke. Here in IMAX, the ticket charge is 200 bucks, with the glasses included. They also give you a free Coke pet bottle!
And Yuvi man, you shouldn’t expect serious stuff from it. Anyway, it’s going to blow away that 1.5 billion mark as soon as the cold wave in the US and Europe goes away!
