Cap’ is dead. After 66 years.
Captain America is dead, after 66 years of his debut into the hearts of comic readers.
He dies after he surrenders in the recently-ongoing Civil War (comics).
He battles Tony Stark (Iron Man), and he surrenders to the NYPD, due to the destruction his Secret Avengers had caused to the city. He surrenders as Steve Rogers, and drops his mask. A sniper (Later revealed to be Crossbow, sent by Cap’s main adversary - Red Skull) shoots him multiple times killing him.
